Virtual Server Management

By default your VS is Self Managed, so you will be responsible for installing software, maintaining software, etc on the Virtual Server. If you require assistance installing software or maintaining software on your VS then we can provide Full Management for $100/month.
Backups - We provide data protection in the form of RAID, which ensures that if the server you are located on sustains a drive failure your data will not be lost. Any backups beyond this are your responsibility. We do provide backup space at an additional charge of $1/1GB/month (so 30GB storage would cost an additional $30/month). This backup space is stored on a separate file to allow easy backup. This is not an automated process, and you will need to setup your own backup schedule.
