We are specialists in SEAC Scanner repair and maintenance, and provide on-site repair and servicing in Singapore and South east Asia. We have a choice of service levels from one-off repair to annual maintenance contracts. All our engineers and technicians are SEAC Banche trained.
Our service and repair work is carried out using genuine SEAC banche parts and carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.
All scanners repair work is carried out to the highest service level and includes as standard a full service of your machines. We carry a full set of consumables and major parts with the intention of getting your scanner in full working order on our initial visit. We can, if required, update your systems to the latest (appropriate) software and firmware.

If required, Computergate can install your scanner at your location by a local technician.
We have a fixed fee service that will unpack, test and connect the scanner on your nominated device or network and ensure your users have access to the scanner.
This can be ordered at the time of purchasing your scanner through your local reseller.
