Is your tape drive out of warranty and in need of repair? You can elect to return your drive to Computergate’s repair centre in Melbourne or have one of our trained technicians come out on-site to diagnose and take corrective action.

Basic Hardware Pre-Build
& Site Installation
|
Includes hardware build of all components and installation in customers rack or server such that devices are presented to existing customer’s environment.

System Intergration Service
|
Includes planning and implementation of specific configurations and features such that devices are presented to existing customer environment for discovery. Implementation is for Intel hardware and Microsoft Operating System Software only. If the further integration service is required for configurations outside this scope, request a Customized System Integration Service.
