Computergate offers non warranty extended on-site maintenance & implementation services for all single Internal & external tape drives and libraries.  Bronze, Gold & Platinum, 1 and 3 year options available for all Quantum related equipment.

Internal & External Single tape Drives

A full range of out of warranty exchange to on-site support is available for all DAT/DDS,  DLT Drives, LTO Ultrium tape drives. 

Rackmount Libraries

A complete offering of extended warranty on-site support for Quantum Superloader 3 and M1500/2500 libraries are available.

Out of Warranty Repair Services – is your tape drive out of warranty and in need of repair? You can elect to return your drive to Computergate’s repair centre in Melbourne or have one of our trained technicians come out on-site to diagnose and take corrective action.

Basic Hardware Pre-Build & Site Installation – includes hardware build of all components and installation in customers rack or server such that devices are presented to existing customer’s environment.

Systems Integration Service - includes planning and implementation of specific configurations and features such that devices are presented to existing customer environment for discovery.  Implementation is for Intel hardware and Microsoft Operating System Software only. If the further integration service is required for configurations outside this scope, request a Customized System Integration Service.
