EUC Lead (Sydney)
Computergate offers a full range of Partner & Managed Services to provide comprehensive and cost- effective IT support services for all size businesses.
We are currently seeking EUC Lead at Eastern Creek in Sydney, to provide high levels of levels of end users computing support.
6-9 months and may go longer.
Primary responsibilities include:
- To provide critical support & expertise help during project kick off & go-live
- To support Intune Admin â Second or Third Level
- To provide support with experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012 / version 1802,1806,1810, 1902 & 2010 (End Point Manager CB).
- To monitor environment, solving issues (Raised from L2 & L3) and write technical specs and gathering requirements
- To handle infrastructure along with knowledge of ITIL processes; especially RCA preparation, incident management and change management
- To work with team in automating the deployment process
- To provide SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing
- To coordinate interactions with business stakeholders & responsible for sponsor management
- To work closely with technical design authority team and Infra teams
- To support customer security team to perform penetration tests along with technical team and resolve any security vulnerabilities identified
Key Selection Criteria:
- 8 â 10 years of experience in managing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, O365, Intune along with SCCM, application packaging and maintaining the customer infra to latest
- Familiar with Office 365 and Azure AD Development and Administration
- Have good knowledge on MFA authentication and maintain MFA as a core component for authentication Azure AD
- Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM)
- Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell
- Experience of undertaking SharePoint BAU Admin activities
- Experience taking requirements and generating designs and implementing a final solution
- Excellent client facing experience and communications skills
- Strong troubleshooting and client interfacing skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize, plan and multitask work assignments
- Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets
- Demonstrated experience with designing, implementing and supporting cloud based solutions
- Strong capability to identify problems with a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
- Demonstrated ability for self-directed learning and training of others.
- Should be flexible to work in Shifts
- Australian Permanent Resident (minimum)
- Driver License & possess own vehicle is essential
